Have Robbie help you, sometimes it is not as easy as it looks. Depending on how the tracks were ripped you might have a second or two of silence at each end of the song making it very hard to blend them together into one seamless mix with these little bits of silence at each end of the track.
Robbie has the skills to do it right

LOl yeah I'm not real sure how to do it. I have an N.W.A. Megamix and two DJ Z-Trip Mixes I would like to make into one single MP3. If you are willing to do it for me Robbie that would be great. They are on CD so let me know how to get the MP3s to you. Thanks so much Robbie and Gregg!!!!

Just upload them somewhere.. And send me the link...
{EDIT}
Oh, My...
Just looked at the PM's you sent me.
I can't put these together for you.. You have extracted the CD as separate tracks.. 20 or so... for each mix!
It looks like you have a megamix that has been "track indexed" or "track separated"
Not sure how you extracted it (Ripped It).. But, You need to extract the cd as a whole. Most CD rippers have an option to extract as one continuous file. Usually just a button you have to tic.
You need to re-rip it as a whole or I'll go nuts trying to figure out what goes where....
And since I'm already nuts.. we dont wanna go there...
Since this may be the main problem you have (Not being able to extract (Rip) a CD as one single file)??? Because of track markers\ Or indexing.
You should search the internet for a shareware program that can do it... I can't recommend anything since I don't know of any free programs, But maybe someone here (Blog) can steer you in the right direction..
I remember something that had a penguin on it or in the name... Or was that Monty Python.... lol
OR: at the least.. Upload all the tracks in a zip or a RAR and I will give it a go....

Sony Acid can do it easily from a CD if you have the CD and it's already mixed.
It will pull the whole entire CD off in one track.

Re: Making one MP3 out of separated tracks
Hey Dodd,
I hate to tell you this, with all the effort you put in to sending the tracks...
Gregg was right, Silence was added to the beginning of each track and it chopped off some of the data (Some of the sound is missing).
So, when I remove the silence and connect the tracks it sounds like a skip...
I don't know where you got the audio. If it is just files (Mp3's) then it can't be done seamlessly. Though, I will send the skipping mixes if you want?
Some of us are assuming you have the actual CD's (Because you are calling them "CD's") If you do then Download this:

This is the penguin ripper I remember....
And Gregg is also correct that Acid can rip nicely, and I believe there is a free version of it out there... (May be called Sony Acid now)
